NonReturnable Items:
Whatever are the products which are customized with your photo, tagline, company name & logo and are in good condition are not returnable because it was printed after approval of the customer.
Please note: Exchanges are not permitted.

We accept returns and issue refunds when you contact our customer support at helpgoldgifts@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery only in the following case
To qualify for a return:
The item must be in its original condition – unused with all tags intact, and in the original packaging. Opening Video is Compulsory.Â
You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
Products marked as "non-returnable" on the standard disclaimer section cannot be returned. However, in an unlikely event of damaged, torn, defective or wrong item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or replacement, as applicable. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement. We reserve the right to pick up the product to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement. (Opening Video is compulsory)
Approved Refund amount will be credited within 7 days via original payment method
Approved Exchange/Replacement product will be delivered within 8 days
